The remodel is a total transformation of the First National Bank of Alaska - Kodiak Building. A complete exterior remodel using state of the art modern Stonewood Exterior Architectural Panels, a brand new low slope tapered 60 mil PVC roof, and new windows and doors. The interior is substantially upgraded with electrical upgrades including lighting, security, and controls, and mechanical improvements including ventilation and plumbing upgrades. In addition, drive-up teller tube system will be replaced, new teller counters and casework, interior upgrades, finishes.
